I usually ship at least 2 times a week upon completion of the order - on Tuesday, and Thursday. However, if your order is packed and ready, let's say, on Monday and I'm passing by the post office you'll receive the shipping update that evening.
If you need a shipment quickly please be sure to let me know. If you are ordering something custom and need a rush on it there is a fee depending on Item.

All orders come with tracking number.

Please have in mind that the customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges or fees that may be charged by her/his country. I can not control any delays caused by customs.

It takes about 2 weeks for the item to arrive in the USA, 5 - 7 days if you're in the EU and about a month to reach Australia and Canada. Please note that to some countries, like Mexico it can take up to two months for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, I can't influence in your/our postal services so please be advised that I can't be responsible if the shipping takes longer.
We just have to be patient. If it comes to it, I'm able to open a case with my post office after 40 working days to see more in details how far the parcel has arrived.

All our items are shipped and made in Zagreb, Croatia, EU.

I ship to the address provided on your Etsy account, in case you want me to ship it to another address please let me know in a Note section once you order.
Please make sure you double-check your address in your Etsy account, should the parcel be returned to me due to the insufficient address - re-shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Please note that there is a wait for up to 8 weeks before I ship your order. MAEDesigns is my other "baby" but it's been a hobby since day one. My main job is our two kids that still take 90% of my time so please be patient with me. Every item that leaves our little studio is being made with love and attention to the smallest details. I take pride in what I do and I hate the "rush" feel of the order. Every now and then I put up some up for grabs sets that can be sent your way in couple of days.

If you choose the Surprise option, please bear in mind that there might be a couple of orders before you and I'm just going in the order they're received.
